My name is Julia Nell (MCSP)
With over 20 years of experience in physiotherapy, I’m passionate about delivering personalised care that empowers you to reach your goals and improve your quality of life.
After graduating from Stellenbosch University in South Africa in 2001, I moved to England in 2002. Since then, I’ve gained extensive clinical experience across both the NHS and private sectors. I also spent 15 years working at the University of Nottingham, supporting physiotherapy students during their clinical placements.
I’ve called Lincoln home since 2010, where I live with my husband and our two lively children who definitely keep me on my toes!
My professional and personal experiences have shaped me into a compassionate therapist who is dedicated to providing evidence-based care, tailored specifically to your individual needs.
